Are vehicles used for PCV or section 22 allowed to be driven with out indicator warning buzzer or noise .
My thoughts are if indicator left on and someone pulls out because indicating to turn left Result in accident who's at fault ,

It's the same if he flashes you out and you pull out but he still hits you it's your error for pulling out
